Yolanda S. Benavides' Obituary
Yolanda S. Benavides went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the age of 62 years. She was born in El Paso, TX on September 15, 1953 to Raul M. and Sarah Sanchez. Yolanda enjoyed listening to the "Oldies But Goodies", dancing, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Gilbert; daughter, Michelle Benavides-Pena and husband Adam; son, Gibby Benavides and wife Jackie; mother, Sarah R. Reyna; grandchildren, Gilbert Jr., Sara Lynn, Kayla, and Gabriel. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Friday, December 11th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 12th for Mass to be celebrated at the Mission Francisco de la Espada at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
