Willie R. Pitts, Jr., 81, passed away on December 21, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas.

Willie was born in Carthage, Texas to Robert E. and Josie Pitts on August 12, 1936.

Willie is preceded in death by his wife Moda Pitts; Brothers Edward and John Pitts.

Willie is survived by his Children John (Valerie) Pitts, Ronnie (Wendy) Pitts; Grandchildren Charlotte Pitts, Jodi Pitts; Closest Nieces Janie Sue (Wayne) Rediker, Juanita (Tom) Grevalsky and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018, 2017 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 South Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Chapel Service 1:00 p.m.

Graveside Service on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Southside Funeral Home.
