Walter Martinez Jr, Born in San Antonio, Texas on April 25, 1985 went into eternal rest and into the kingdom of our lord on September 15, 2019 at the age of 34. Walter was born to Lisa and Walter Martinez Sr. Walter enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and canoeing. Walter is preceeded in death by grandfather Florentino Martinez. His Aunt Julia P. Ojeda. He is survived by his children; Jezivell Syvette, Ruben. Grandmothers; Dale Keaton Gabina Martinez. Sisters; Lisa Farias (Joel), Erika Martinez (Eduardo Gomez Jr), Viktoria Martinez (Joseph Canedo Jr) Sarah Martinez, Zenyda Martinez. Aunt Amy Moreno (Mercy Menchaca) Also by numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Walter will be loved and missed by all who knew him.  Funeral services will be held at Southside Funeral Home 6301 S. Flores. San Antonio, Texas 78214. Visitation will begin on Tuesday September 24, 2019 from 4:00p.m. till 9:00p.m.  Funeral services will be celebrated on Wednesday September 25, 2019 at 10:00a.m. at Southside Funeral Home Chapel.
