Walter Edward Grammer entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the age of 71 years. He was born on August 26, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas. Walter is preceded in death by his wife Priscilla Grammer and his parents. He is survived by Care Takers Daniel Sanchez primary caretaker for over twenty-five years, Chong Smith, Daniel Sanchez.
