Sylvia Jean Chapa entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the age of 74 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Abraham and Maria Franco; Brothers Abraham Franco Jr., Robert Franco, Samuel Franco. She loved sewing, cooking and gardening. Sylvia is survived by her Husband Ralph Chapa; Daughter Norma Soliz; Grandchildren Jesus Lopez Jr., Allissa Lopez, Katherine Baltazar; Brother David Franco (MaryLou); Nieces and Nephew Claudette Aguilar (Anthony), David A. Franco (Aimee), Nicole Franco, Alexa Holdren (Dylan). Other numerous Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 S. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Services will conclude that evening.
