Rosa Villarreal, born to Edwardo and Luz Villarreal entered into Heaven on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the age of 62. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Esther V. Rodriguez, Rachel V. Sandoval and Indalecio Villarreal. She is survived by her daughter Valerie and siblings Lusiana, Edward Jr., Alicia and Olga as well as numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Rosa was an avid sports fan and loved her San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo and reading a good book. She will be truly missed by all who were blessed to have known her. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral home on Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 12:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. on Monday for a Mass of Resurrection at St. Joseph South San Catholic Church at 10:30 A.M. with burial to follow at El Carmen Catholic Cemetery.
