With heavy hearts we announce that Rosa Elvia Pellock went into eternal rest on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 77 years old. Rosa was born on April 20, 1948, to her parents Refugio and Bacillia Salazar, in Santa Rosa, Texas. Rosa was very faithful throughout her life, and loved reading the Bible. Her favorite hobbies included: sewing, cooking, painting, and drawing. She truly loved helping those in need. Rosa is survived by her four children: Rose Juarez (Jorge), Vincent Huizer Meza, Cesar S. Meza, and Gerald F. Pellock; five grandchildren: Marissa (Jason), Rudy, Melodie, Danny and Maria; also numerous great grandchildren, sisters: Maria Garcia (Martin), Janie Salazar, Irma Salazar, Maria Christina Salazar; brothers Joe Campos, and Felix Salazar. She was preceded in death by her father Refugio Estrada Salazar, and mother Bacillia Salazar.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Southside Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 2:00 p.m. Services will conclude this evening, with a cremation to follow.
