Raul Cruz Olivarri's Obituary
Raul C. Olivarri went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 7, 2017 at the age of 79 years. He was born in San Antonio on February 20, 1938. Raul was preceded in death by his parents, Pablo and Susie Olivarri; brother, James Olivarri; sister, Delia Aguirre. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Hope Olivarri; children, Cynthia (David) Vaughn, Phillip Michael (Jessica) Olivarri Sr.; brother, Rudy Olivarri; sister, Lilie Gloria; grandchildren, Phillip Jr., Samantha, James, Brandon; great-grandchildren, Iliana, Jazalynn, Elijah, Zaiden, Masiah; and his faithful companion, Katy Lynn. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 15th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 16th at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
