Ramon S. Guerra, went to be with on Lord, on July 30, 2015 at the age of 94. He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Genoveva Guerra; daughters, Patricia Macias and husband Henry and Edna Mae Guerra; grandchildren, Ramon Guerra III and wife Kimberly, Marcus Guerra, Yesena Guerra-Rangel and husband Jesus, Henry Macias and wife Rosalinda, Marivel Valdez and Armando Ledesma, Jeni Macias and Daniel Ramirez, Summer McClure,Ashley Delgado and husband Edward; great-grandchildren, Skyler, Gianna, Fidel, Abram, Lizzet, Alexis,Gabriella, Dariela, Alexandro; sister, Anita Martinez. Ramon is preceded in death by his sons, Ramon Guerra Jr., Arthur James Guerra, Andrew Guerra; daughter, Hermenia Guerra; grandchildren, Thelma Jean Weston, Yvonne Guerra, Maritza Macias. Ramon will be remembered as a jokester who loved spending time with his family. He was also a very religious man who enjoyed his occupation as a farmer. A visitation will begin for Mr. Guerra on Monday, August 3rd at 6:00 p.m. at Southside Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is asked to meet at Oak Island United Methodist Church Tuesday, August 4th at 9:00 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. funeral service followed by burial at Oak Island Cemetery.
