Patsy Ortiz, went into eternal rest on January 26, 2021. She was born on August 7, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas. Patsy is preceded in death by her brother, Joey Hernandez and is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Emiliano Ortiz Jr., Children, Veronica Olivarez (Rick), Nicholas Ortiz (Valerie). Parents, Joe and Hilaria Hernandez. Grandchildren, Bianca Ortiz Hartwell, Gabriel Olivarez, Amariah Olivarez. Siblings. Esmeralda Lopez, Nancy Olvera (Lawrence), Sandy Hernandez. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family members and friends. Patsy was a very dedicated hard working person who always kept her faith strong. Always willing to put other peoples needs before hers. Her pride and joy was always her grandchildren which she loved and adored very much. Patsy will truly be missed by all who knew her. Momma your beautiful soul will remain in our hearts and will never be forgotten. Visitation for Patsy will be held on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home from 5pm-9pm with a prayer service at 7pm. All services will conclude that evening.
