Minerva G. Salinas went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the age of 81 years. She was born in Boling, Texas on December 24, 1934 to Reyes and Hortencia Garcia. Minerva was preceded in death by her parents, son, Richard C. Salinas; and brother, Reyes Garcia Jr. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Ladislao "Tile" Salinas; sons, Ladislao "Laddie" Salinas and wife Mary Lou, Ruben A. Salinas, Roland Salinas and wife Leticia Ann, Rod B. Salinas and wife Andrea; brothers, David and Roy Garcia; sisters, Eva, Emma, Mary Lou, and Anna; grandchildren, Robert, Crystal, Tiffani, Megan, Kristofer, Angelique, Charlotte, Randall, Kamron, April, Rochelle, Chanel, and Justin; great grandson, Callen. A rosary will be recited at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 21 st at Heritage Oaks Mortuary, followed by memorial services at 2:30 p.m.
