Mary Pearl Farris went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the age of 102 years.  She was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 8, 1919.  Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Celia Ferro; husband, James Orville Farris; and daughter, Rosemary Harding.  She is survived by her daughters, Arlene Godfrey and Katherine Mead; grandchildren, Michael Woodlee, Jim Fuller, Chelsey Godfrey, Kim Friesenhahn, Kelly MacAllister and Matthew Mead; six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.  Visitation for Mary will be held on Tuesday, October 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; followed by Graveside services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. (Graveside Services will be private)
