Marry Velasquez entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the age of 68 years. She was preceded in death by her son Sammy Velasquez; Parents Luis and Donicia Rios; siblings Genaro Rios, Heriberto Rios, Maria Corona, Gavino Rios, Enrique Rios, Luis Rios Jr., and David Rios Marry is survived by her husband Marcos Velasquez; children Marcos Velasquez Jr., Josue Velasquez (Roche), Sylvia Rivera (Francisco), Mirta Velasquez; grandchildren Noe Velasquez, Caitlyn Rivera, Jacob Rivera, Genesis Valle; siblings Raymond Rios, Ruben Rios, Jesse Rios, Josephina Sanchez. Numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. The family will start receiving guests at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at The Promised Land Church, 9403 SE Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78223 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at The Promised Land Church at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 2, 2021.  Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery .
