Maria B. Ochoa went to be with the Lord on January 14, 2016 at the age of 73. Maria is survived by her husband of 58 years, Guadalupe Ochoa; children, Mary Ann Rodriguez and husband Tim, Guadalupe Ochoa, Jr. and wife Teresa, Margie Sanchez and husband John, David Ochoa, Robert Ochoa and wife Laura, Jerry Ochoa, Yolanda Ramirez and husband Rafael, Paul Ochoa, Debra Herrera, and Linda Tapia and husband Antonio; brothers, Roy Bermea, Vince Bermea and wife Mary, Jose Bermea, and Raul Bermea; sisters, Virginia Montez, Gloria Rivera, and Mary Ann Soto; Twenty-six grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Virginia Bermea; and grandson, Richard "Ali" Uriegas. A visitation for Maria will begin on Monday, January 18th at 5:00 p.m. at Southside Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, January 19th at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church followed by interment at San Fernando II Cemetery.
