Maria Dolores Del Toro of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Monday May 25, 2015 at United Regional hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was 63. She was surrounded by those who loved her in her final days. She was born to Ysidro and Clara Hernandez. Dolores as she was known was a very strong, loving and caring person. She loved family get-togethers, cooking, music and dancing. She also loved her grandkids tremendously. Nothing would make her light up more than a call from a family member or to hear the voices of her grandkids. She had a deep love for family and will be deeply missed by many. Dolores was proceeded in death by her first husband, Candelario F. Del Toro; parents Ysidro and Clara Hernandez; and brother, Ray Hernandez. She is survived by her husband Ricardo Espinoza; children Lucy Egan and husband Ron and Luis Del Toro and wife Leslie; grandchildren, Alixandria H. Arellano and husband Stephen, Parker L. and Foster J. Del Toro, Drew M. Colvett, brothers, Raul G. Hernandez, Juan M. Hernandez and wife Pauline, and Isidro Hernandez Jr.; sister, Diana Ortega and husband Arturo; also numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Friday May 29th from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral processional will depart the funeral home at 9:15am on Saturday, May 30th for a celebrated 10am mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Interment will follow in El Carmen Catholic Cemetery.
