J ulia Del Toro Longoria went to be with the Lord on November 20, 2021 at the age of 94. Julia was born to Luis and Salome Del Toro on April 13, 1927. Julia is preceded in death by her parents Luis Del Toro and Salome Flores; daughter Celia Longoria Travieso; siblings Juan Del Toro, Luis Del Toro Jr., Emiteria Ortega, Isabel Van Raub, Pilar Gaeta, Federico Del Toro, Elvira Garcia, Eliza Paleo, Armando Del Toro, Guadalupe Levery and Candelario Del Toro. She is survived by her children Pedro Barrios (Mary), Ruben Longoria; Nine Grandchildren; Numerous Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home 6301 S. Flores St. San Antonio Texas 78214. Julia's family will be receiving visitors on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart the funeral home on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. for mass to be celebrated at El Carmen Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Services will conclude at the Church.
