Jose Inocencio Velazquez, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the age of 79 years.  He was born in Mexico on December 28, 1946.  In 2016, Jose was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Irene Velazquez.  He is survived by his sons, Jose A. Velazquez and his wife Maureen, Luis R. Velazquez and his wife, Melissa; grandchildren, Genevee, Marissa, Rachelle, Sarah, Nolan, Nicholas, Hannah and Dolores; great grandson, Irvin; mother, Maria Elena Rodriguez; sisters, Paty Ramos and Mary Ruiz; brother, Enrique Ruiz.

Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22nd from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 23rd at 9:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
