Joe V. Garza, 86, of San Antonio, TX, passed away on April 4, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ofelia T. Garza, and children Joe Garza Jr. (Elsa Garza) and Debbie Lynn Garza; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. He had tremendous love for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His passions were both playing the guitar and baseball. He worked for CPS for 38 years. He was deeply loved by his wife, children, grandchildren, and anybody who had the pleasure of knowing him.
