John Daniel Hatch went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at the age of 85 years. John was preceded in death by his loving wife, Frances Hatch; parents, John and Hilda Hatch; sister, Mary Wharram; and brothers, Donald, Thomas, and Delphin Hatch. He is survived by his daughters, Debra Durnell (Scott), Julie Sedlock (John), Darlene Dennis (Bill), Kathleen Heickman (Bryan), and Jennifer Schneider; fourteen grandchildren (Billy, Johnny, Steven, Scotty, David, Bryan Jr., Linda, Amy, Karen, Brittany, Duke, Michael, Kaitlyn, and Nyana); six great-grandchildren (Jonah, Grayson, Adelyn, Jacob, Madelyn, and Kelsey); sister, Loraine White (Bob); loving companion, Shirley Hoes; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was an amazing dad and enjoyed time with his family above all else. His hobbies included classic cars, raising birds, metal detecting, coin collecting, fishing and numerous other hobbies. A small private service will be held Friday, March 20, 2020, for immediate family only. Family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
