Joe F. Vasquez Jr., went into eternal rest on March 4, 2021. He was born on November 28, 1964 in San Antonio, Texas. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Joe Sr. and Olga Vasquez. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Rose Mary Vasquez. Children, Katherine, Manuel, Michael. Brothers, Mark, Steven,. Sisters, Denise, Jackie. His faithful Furry companions, Buford, Pee Wee, Nala. 8 Grandchildren. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Joe was full of life and was a Master Chef, an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and a talented story teller. He loved to make people laugh. Visitation will be held on Monday March 22, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home 6301 S. Flores San Antonio, Texas 78214 From 5pm-9pm with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 23, 2021 with a 11:30am departure from Southside Funeral Home for a 12 noon Mass of resurrection to be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Catholic Cemetery #3
