Joe F. Perez, Jr., age 67 of San Antonio, went to be with the Lord Tuesday afternoon, December 14, 2021, surrounded by family.  Joe was a very outgoing person, he was always smiling. His favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. He was born December 15, 1953, in San Antonio, son of the late Elvira R. Perez.

Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Gilbert, and his son, Joe.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Olga; children, Elvira (Gino), Danny, Marty (Robert); grandchildren, Angelina, Mona (Andrew), Martin, Vinnie, Robbie (Arlene), Nicky, Davy, Brianna, Analisa; great-grandchildren, Adalina, Rosenda, A'Miracle, Martin Jr., Marianna, Mariah, Avery, Aubree, Maleah and Alani; great-great-grandchildren, Keon and James.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 S. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart Southside Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 for a Graveside Service at 11:00 a.m. at San Fernando Cemetery II.
