Joe Ortiz entered into Heaven on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the age of 56. He was born to Epifanio Sr, and Paula Ortiz on October 14, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Margarita and Alicia. Joe is survived by his siblings Gloria, Mary Ann, Tina, Antonio, Epifanio, Jr., David, Richard, Michael, Emilio, Robert and Eddie as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 4:00pm-9:00pm at Southside Funeral Home with a prayer service to begin at 7:00pm. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at San Jose Burial Park.
