Joe C. Enriquez entered into eternal rest on July 26, 2024 at the age of 78. Joe was born on March 20, 1946 in San Antonio, TX to Cipriano and Carolina Enriquez. He loved to fish. He also enjoyed watching baseball, western shows, and the Food Network. Joe is survived by his wife Leonor Enriquez of 23 years, his children: Frances Alexander (Rodney), Sally Quintero (Bernardo Sr.), Michael Enriquez (Jennifer), Melissa Enriquez, and Ruben Enriquez (Tina), numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings: Carolina Acuna, Oralia Salazar, Olivia Rivera, Richard Enriquez, Rosemary Ybarra, also numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Cipriano and Carolina Enriquez, his first wife Rosemary Enriquez, and siblings: Viola Pesina, Estevan Enriquez, Janie McCourt, and Rudolfo Enriquez.
