Jesus R. Paiz entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 2, 2021 at the age of 81 years. Jesus was a very creative craftsman. He was preceded in death by his wife Petra Paiz; Granddaughter Krystle Salinas; and numerous Brothers and Sisters. Jesus is survived by his Children Jesus Paiz Jr. (Azalea) Maria Puente (Edward); Grandchildren Timothy Paiz, Leslie Alcorta (Jorge), Justin Puente (Elizabeth DeLeon), Tammy Puente, Christiana Puente (Edward Pesina), Kayla Puente; Great-Grandchildren Xavier Salinas, Kimber Alcorta; Brother Antonio Paiz (Josephine). Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 S. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will depart Southside Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Fernando Catholic Cemetery II.
