Jane Marie Delgado entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the age of 59 years.  She loved serving her church, St. James the Apostle Catholic Church.  Janie loved being a wife, mother and grandmother.  She was preceded in death by her father, Smauel H. Cothren.  Janie is survived by her loving husband, Johnny Delgado; children, John Christopher Delgado, Jeffrey Daniel Delgado (Claudia Garcia), Jospeh Samuel Delgado (Stephanie), Jennifer Delgado (Tyler McMillian), Julie Ann Delgado; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Samuel, Alannah, Oren, Easton, Jordan, Xavi, Skye, Eros, Mischa, Isaac, Janie Lynn, Orly; mother, Maria G. Cothren; brother, Joey Cothren.  Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 19th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 20th for a 10:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church.  Interment will follow in San Fernando II Cemetery.
