James L. Mitchell, born to Lewis and Myrtis Mitchell on January 1, 1940 in Luerne Alabama, passed away on September 28th at the age of 75. James enjoyed fishing and going back home to Alabama to visit. He retired from Olmos Construction after 22 years. James is survived by his children, William Skinner, Charles Skinner, Gary Skinner, Marvin Skinner, Janet Garcia, Michael Skinner, David Skinner, and Christopher L. Mitchell; brother, William Mitchell; sister, Katherine Mitchell; grandchildren, Shannon, Kelly, Jon Anthony, Shon, Tanya, Jennye, Marvin Jr., Kara, Raymond, Lisa, Melissa, Amanda, Ryan, Jamie, Sara, and Sabrina; and numerous great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Fannie Mitchell; brother, Wayne Mitchell; and parents, Lewis and Myrtis Mitchell. James's wishes were to be cremated.
