James R. Kimball went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the age of 63 years.  He was born in Goliad, Texas on January 29, 1954.  James was preceded in death by his parents, James T. and Irene Kimball;  sisters, Arlene Raeder and Virginia Spanley; brother, Edward Kimball.  He is survived by his wife, Glenda; children, Patricia (Robert) Garcia, Lisa Marie Kimball, James A. Kimball; sisters, Linda (Glen) Jones, Judy Bronder, Carol (Ronald) Spanley, Jeanie (Michael) Oncken; grandchildren, Robert Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Nathan Kimball, Anthony Trejo, Audrina Trejo, and Aaron James Trejo; great granddaughters, Alexis and Alea Garcia; also numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Services for James will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 4th at the Alamo City Cowboy Church, 13680 Pleasanton Road.
