James Mathew Chandler entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at the age of 63 years. James enjoyed playing the guitar and writing music. He was a beautiful Son, taking care of his mom. Medically retired from the U.S.A.F. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Mariano and Antonia Flores. James is survived by his Mother Arcelia Mancillas; Brother Trinidad "Bingo" Mancillas; Aunts and Uncles Mariana Locke, Lacaracita Rangel, Joe G. Flores (Janet), Amelia C. Flores, Candelaria "Cande" F. Broadwater, Genaro S. Flores; Nieces and Nephews Michael Antonio Mancillas, Diana Renae Mancillas, Cianna Grace Mancillas, Alexandria Leigh Mancillas. Numerous Cousins.  Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 210 St. Ann St., San Antonio, Texas 78201. A Rosary will be recited at 12:15 p.m. with a Mass at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service at 2:30 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
