It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of
Jacob Daniel Langford on February 15th, 2025, at the age of 19.

Jacob was cherished by all that knew him and will be remembered fondly for
his ability to make anyone laugh; his loyalty to friends and family; his drive and
ambition, and love for cars, fitness, Auburn football, and animals.

He was a 2023 graduate of Virgina Allred Stacy Junior and Senior high school
at Lackland Air force Base. Jacob proudly enlisted with the United States Army
in August of 2024 and completed his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood in
Missouri. He planned to complete his training to become a preventative
medicine specialist and hoped to become an Army Ranger at some point in
his career.

Jacob is preceded in death by his grandfather John A Langford Jr; and is
survived by his parents, Alicia and Jason Davis, Brett Langford; his siblings,
Oliver Davis, Winnie Davis, Andrew Davis, Elijah Wasden, Eden Langford, and
Lily Langford; his grandparents Anna Loehr, Donna and Wesley Apperson,
Carle and Betty Davis, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His funeral will be held at Southside Funeral Home in San Antonio Texas on
March 6th, 2025 from 1630 to 2100.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to encourage family and friends to
donate to their local zoo or animal shelter in his memory.
