Isabel De La Cerda beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away October 18, 2017 at the age of 81. She was born February 15, 1936 to Guadalupe Molinar and Jose Angel Hinojosa who preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luis G. De La Cerda and by her grandson, Michael. Isabel was a member of Theo Ave Baptist Church for 28 years and she will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her children, Luis De La Cerda, Jose A. De La Cerda, Alonso De La Cerda, Cesar De La Cerda and Guadalupe Diaz; 19 grandchildren, 10 great grand children; 4 siblings and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends.

SERVICES

Evening Prayer Services will be held from 6-8 PM Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Theo Ave Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM Monday, October 23, 2017 at Theo Ave Baptist Church followed by burial at Mission Burial Park South.
