Irving M. Duncan Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the age of 84 years.  He was a Country Music musician who loved to play the guitar and fiddle.  Irving enjoyed flying Cessna airplanes, when he was younger.  He also loved trains. Irving is survived by his loving wife Laverne Duncan; children, James (Sharee) Duncan, Natalie (Joseph) DeBella; grandchildren, Zachary (Rebecca) McGinnis, James W. Duncan II, Stevie (Martin) Kaniecki; also numerous great grandchildren.  Funeral services will depart Southside Funeral Home at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21 st for a 11:15 a.m. graveside service to be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery
