Irene Velasquez entered into Heaven on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the age of 70. Irene was born to Isabel and Maria Saucedo in Mexico, on September 2, 1946. She is survived by her loving husband Jose Velazquez of 49 years, sons; Jose (Maureen), Luis (Melissa). She was also blessed with seven grandchildren; Rachel, Sarah, Nolan, Hannah, Genevee, Marissa, and Nicholas. Sisters; Alma, Martha, Theresa, Anna, and Maria, brothers; Nicholas, Isidro. Funeral services will be held at Southside Funeral Home at 6301 S. Flores St. Irene's family will be receiving visitors on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 4:00pm-9:00pm, Rosary at 7:00 pm. Procession will depart at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am Graveside Service at Jose Burial Park.
