Harold Brooks went to be with the Lord on Thursday July 27, 2023 at the age of 80.  He was born in Galveston, Texas on March 1, 1943 to Robert Brooks and Felipa Gonzalez. Harold loved nature along with his cats and dogs, he found enjoyment in being an avid photographer and coin collector. He also loved to sing, his favorites being Elvis Presley and Fats Domino. Harold is survived by his three children; Thomas Brooks and wife Kay, James Patrick Brooks, Angela Carol Brooks; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Harold is preceded in death by his wife Angelita Neira Brooks; Brother Edward Brooks; and sister Mary Louise Brooks.

Vistations will be held Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 5:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m at Southside Funeral Home.

Services will be held Friday, August 11, 2023 at 10:30 a.m at Southside Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mission Park South.
