Grace D. Simpson entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 9, 2020 at the age of 73 years.  She was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 24, 1947 to Owen L. and Geneva M. Davis.  Grace was preceded in death by her parents and her husband C.J. Simpson.  She is survived by her children, David Dodson (Anna), Del Dodson; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren; sister, Kathryn Fudge (A.D.); and three nieces.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., October 20, 2020 at Southside Funeral Home with the funeral service to be held at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
