Grace Ann Ponce went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the age of 48 years. She enjoyed working at H.E.B., listening to Rock-n-Roll Music, playing pool. Grace loved cooking for and being with her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfonso Ponce Jr.; brother, Alfonso Ponce III, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Ramirez. Grace is survived by her children, Genevieve Ponce and husband Jaime Hernandez, Sarah Hughes and husband Eric, Amanda Ponce and Mike Robledo, Margaret Ponce and Charlie Rivas, and Sebastian Ponce; mother, Ana Ponce; sister, Krista Contreras and husband Rudy; brother, Charles Ponce and Becky Duran; nine grandchildren; also numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 20th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. It was Grace's wish to be cremated following services
