With heavy hearts we announce the death of our mother, Frances Martinez-Yanez. Born October 22, 1942, Frances was escorted into Heaven by her former beloved husband, Raymond, her cherished granddaughter Ashley Marie, and her loving parents, Frances, and Camilo Martinez. In mourning are daughters Yvonne Richardson (Todd), Laura Yanez, her son, Kenneth Yanez, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her sisters Dolores, Stella, Irene, and Elizabeth, and brothers George, Robert, and Raymond, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends from Sidney Lanier High School (Class of '60/'61) and throughout the city.

Mom's wish was to be cremated and in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association. A Memorial Service and Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 1315 El Paso Street at 10:00 AM on May 4th. The family welcomes you to celebrate Mom's life and say good-bye to an Angel who will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her. We love and miss you so much Mom. In dreams, we'll always be together.
