Felix V. Tijerina, born December 28, 1965 to Felix and Carmen Tijerina, went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2016 at the age of 50. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Felix and Emma Tijerina; mother,Carmen Villanueva; brothers, Fructoso Martinez, Mack Gonzales, Billy Jack Tijerina, Michael Gonzales, and Brandon B. Tijerina; sisters, Cynthia Tijerina, Michelle Marshall and Jennifer Rae Tijerina; aunt, Mary M. Ybarra; cousins, Robert Ibarra, Melchor Ibarra, and Lisa Reyes. A visitation for Felix will begin on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Southside Funeral Home. Funeral services will depart the funeral home on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by interment at Meadowlawn Memorial Park.
