Felipe Martinez's Obituary
Felipe Martinez went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the age of 60 years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, and cook-outs. Felipe was preceded in death by his mother, Leonor Martinez; sister, Gloria Ipiña, and brother, Jerry Martinez. He is survived by his wife, Diana H. Castillo; children, Debbie (George) Garza, Felipe Castillo, Lisa Marie (Louie Torres) Castillo; brother, Jose Luis Martinez; sister, Leonor (Armando) Tienda; brother-in-law, Alfonso Ipiña; sister-in-law, Margarita Martinez, fourteen grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Monday, February 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, February 28th for Mass to be celebrated at San Juan de Los Lagos Shrine at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in San Jose Burial Park.
