Esther G. Moreida went into eternal rest on September 13, 2021 at the age of 82 years. Esther enjoyed cooking and gardening. Devoted her life taking care of her family and children in day care. She is preceded in death by her parents Eduardo and Angelita Ruiz; Brothers Larry Ruiz, Eduardo Ruiz, Bob Ruiz. Esther is survived by her Husband of Fifty Years of Marriage George R. Moreida; Son Andrew G. Moreida (Jessica Garcia Moreida); Grandchildren Dakota Adamez, Giovannie A. Moreida, Isabella Moreida, Luke E. Moreida, Michael E. Moreida; Siblings Armando Ruiz, Raul Ruiz, Margie Torres. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 S. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas 78214. Funeral Services will depart Southside Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021 for a Funeral Mass at 2:30 p.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Mission Burial Park South.
