Enrique Ramirez of San Antonio, Texas was called into the sweet hereafter on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He was seventy-four years old and more than anything, a family man. Enrique loved reading poetry. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and when he wasn't cheering them on, he enjoyed word searches and crossword puzzles. He liked watching movies and coloring and of course music was very important to him. He left a legacy of love to those who knew him. He will live on in the hearts and minds of his six beloved children; Eddie Trevino, Vivian Rodriguez (Alfonso), Richard Ramirez (Frances Sanchez), Aileen Ramirez (Jamie Mejia), Jennifer Ramirez (Rosa Vasquez), and Lisa Ramos. He was an amazing grandfather to all nineteen of his grandchildren. He will visit the dreams of all twenty-eight of his great grandchildren whom he adored. His voice will be a sweet melody in the thoughts of his dear sister Sylvia Aguirre (Juan). He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Enrique is preceded in death by his son Henry Ramirez Jr. and his daughter Yvette Gomez. He will be reunited with his siblings; Manuel Ramirez Jr., Alejandro Ramirez, Alicia Riojas, and Esperanza Mendez.
