Eloisa R. Garnett went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the age of 88 years.  She was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 3, 1928 to Jack and Veronica Rife.  Eloisa enjoyed dancing and sewing.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Garnett II; daughter, Linda Aelvoet; grandson, Dillon Van Winkle.  Eloisa is survived by her children, Nikie Jorgensen and husband Keith, Tommy Garnett, Margaret Van Winkle; grandchildren, Kirt, Florell, Jason, Shane, Valerie, Veronica, and Victoria; twenty-three great grandchildren; one great great grandson.  Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Friday, December 2nd from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m.
