Eliseo G. Ramirez entered into Heaven on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the age of 83. He was born to Francisco Ramirez and Maria Gonzales on September 3, 1932 in Pleasanton, TX. Eliseo was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Jose G. Ramirez, Phillip G. Ramirez, Georgia Rodriguez and Ramona Marmolejo. He is survived by his loving children Eduardo Ramirez & his wife Annette, Mary Angela Garcia & her husband Salvador, Gerardo Lugo and Efren Lugo & his wife Antonia; Brother Calletano Ramirez; Grandchildren Emmanuel, Analyssa, Ean, Judyth, Salvador, Raul, Nataly, Todd, Jackie, Emiliano, Emmanuel L, Antonio and Maria; as well as 4 great-grandchildren. Eliseo will be remembered for his strong faith in God, his passionate will to stay fit and above all, his loveable and charismatic personality. His family will be receiving visitors at Southside Funeral Home (6301 S. Flores, San Antonio, Tx) on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, October 21 at 11:15 a.m. for Mass at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Pleasanton to begin at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Gonzales Cemetery.
