Eddie N. Bishop entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the age of 68 years. He is preceded in death by his son Adrain Bishop; parents Fernando and Luz Bishop; brother Luis Bishop. Eddie loved music, spending time with friends and working around the house. He is survived by his wife of forty nine years of marriage Linda R. Bishop; children Monica Bishop-De la Rosa (Gilbert), Eddie Albert Bishop (Sandra); grandchildren Brianna, Kayla, Adrian, Arianna, Angelina. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 S. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart Southside Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2022 for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
