Diana Elvira Hinojosa went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the age of 58 years. She was born in San Antonio, TX on April 6, 1959 to Mario and Julia Cardenas Saldivar.  Diana was very active and enjoyed going to church at the Garnett Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her father, Mario Saldivar Sr.  Diana is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Rodolfo Hinojosa; children, Rudy Hinojosa, Adriana Leal and husband Ricky; mother, Julia Saldivar; brother, Mario Saldivar Jr. and wife Annette; sisters, Rita Saldivar, Concepcion Saldivar, MaryAnn De la Vega and husband Jesse, Joann Saldivar; also numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Thursday, November 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Prayer Services to be held at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held at Garnett Baptist Church on Friday, November 17th at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow in San Jose Burial Parl.
