Charles Chavez, 72, passed away on August 23, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. He is survived by his Wife of forty-seven years Virginia Chavez; Sons Jason Charles (Melissa) Chavez, Christian Chavez; Grandchildren Justin, Brianna, Charlie Chavez; Siblings Sidney Ann (John) Spencer, Gilbert (Estella) Chavez, Richard (Diane) Chavez, Arthur (Guillermina) Chavez; Nieces Tammy Jimenez, Martina Chavez, Dominique Chavez; Nephews Damien Chavez, Rick Chavez, Nicholas Chavez. Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Services will conclude following the rosary.
