Carlota E. Hernandez went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the age of 86 . Carlota was born on May 13, 1934 in LaCoste, Texas. Carlota is preceded in death by her Husband Rodrigo Hernandez; children Johnny Hernandez, Rodrigo Hernandez, Jr.; parents Gregorio and Juanita Ybarra. She is survived by her children Carlos Hernandez, Ninfa Guzman, Erlinda Ruelas (Felipe), Cynthia Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, Jessica Hernandez, Jesse Hernandez (Yolanda); brothers Joe Ybarra (Matilda), Francisco Ybarra; sisters Concha Garcia, Rosalinda Rodriguez; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 South Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Graveside Service on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Burial Park.
