Braulio Arguello Melchor entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 2, 2023 at the age of 94 years. He was born on March 26, 1929 in Gonzales County, Texas to Eliseo and Josefa Melchor. He loved watching the Texas Rangers and San Antonio Spurs play. He also loved cooking outside and gardening. Braulio was preceded in death by his Wife Elia Melchor, Sons Braulio Melchor Jr., Elazar Melchor; Grandson San Juan Melchor Jr.; Granddaughter Lauren Melchor.  He is survived by his Children Delma Maldonado (Joe), Wally Melchor, San Juan Melchor, Rosario Ramirez (Hector); Grandchildren Joe Maldonado Jr., (Laura), Priscilla Vasquez (Gabriel), Leo Melchor, Maria Melchor (Abel), Jeffrey Melchor (Yessica), Hector Ramirez III, Joshua Ramirez, Jessica Branson (Tim), Joshua Melchor; Great-Grandsons Damian, Dorian Maldonado, and Adrian Melchor and other numerous Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023 at Southside Funeral Home, 6301 S. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas 78214 with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart Southside Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be held at St. Leo the great Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
