Benjamin R. Delgado entered into Rest on September 14, 2020 at the age of 53 . Benjamin Delgado was born in San Antonio, TX on February 17, 1967 as the youngest of 11 children! He grew up on the Southside, and went to Harlandale HS! Ben enjoyed hanging out with many of the neighborhood kids, of which he remained very close friends with for close to 50 years. Ben had a passion for Rock N Roll, the Spurs, and of course his Dallas Cowboys! He even had a dog named Dallas who he loved dearly! Ben will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him! Benjamin is preceded in death by his parents German L. Delgado and Cecilia Delgado; siblings Osbaldo Delgado, Graciela Delgado, Irma Delgado, Lucia Aguirre; brother-in-law Hector Flores Jr. He is survived by his children Jerman and Victoria; longtime girlfriend Katy Krueger; siblings German Delgado Jr., Veronica Cuellar (Nahum), Juventino Delgado (Norma), Cristela Delgado, Josefa D. Flores, Santiago Delgado; godson Andrew Delgado; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members including neighbors and many lifelong friends. Memorial Service will be held at Southside Funeral Home 6301 S. Flores St. San Antonio, Texas 78214. Benjamin's family will be receiving visitors on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 2:00 p.m. Services will conclude that afternoon.
