Arturo Cano went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the age of 69. He served in army and retired from CPS Energy with 30+ years. He enjoyed going to the flea market, fishing, watching westerns and spending time with his family. Arturo is survived by his wife, Maria Cano of 43 yrs; daughter, Melissa Inocencio and husband Julian Inocencio III; son, Arturo Cano Jr.; grandchildren, Bryan Inocencio, Miranda Inocencio, Kayla Cano, and Fernando Cano. Brother; Alonzo Cano. He is proceeded in death by father; Pedro Cano, mother; Jesusa Mendez, brothers; Antonio Cano, Armando Cano, Manuel Hernandez and sister; Anita Lopez. He will be remembered and kept in the hearts of his family forever. Visitation for the public will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Thursday, April 19, 2018 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., and rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be held the following day Friday, April 20, 2018 at 9:45 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church; burial will immediately follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
