Anita M. Garcia passed away at Vitas inpatient hospice unit on July 18, 2020 at 4:35 pm at the age of 70. Anita is preceded in death by her parents Estanislado Martinez, Sr. and Timotea Martinez. Anita is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Jesse H. Garcia. They were married in San Antonio on October 31, 1965. Anita is lovingly remembered by her daughter and sons Jesse Garcia, Jr. Maria (Henry) Bueno, Edward (Sylvia) Garcia, Josie Martinez, Ernest (Carolina) Garcia, Andrew Garcia, and Demoncio Garcia; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren; brothers Estanislado Martinez, Jr., Antonio (Norma) Martinez, Jose Martinez; sisters Gloria Torres, Estella Mariel (Roger Garcia), Juanita Guajardo, Mary Lou (George De la Garza). Anita loved the Lord with all of her heart and served in her local church Lion of Judah. She also loved to buy paparazzi jewelry every chance she had. Memorial Service from 11:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. on  Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Southside Funeral Home 6301 S. Flores St. San Antonio, Texas 78214.
